Description
In the inventory panel, the arrows on the left should allow to scroll through the items when there are too many of them to fit one screen.
Pressing the bottom arrow moves the inventory items down slightly before they are returned to their original position. As a result, it is not possible to use inventory items that are not on the first page.
In the attached saved game, you should be able to use Gabriel's wallet to pay for a clock.
