Description
I either missing something or hit dead end at Hargrove Studios. I should go to the back of the studio but I can't. I checked walkthrough and it seems that I have all that is needed to go there.

I see the business card in inventory and have some earlier savegames. I've also found this post http://tinyurl.com/pc5lc9l about the dead end in Hargrove Studios. Maybe this is a bug in original game but still would be nice to fix it.

Ah you're right, it is in the inventory. Thanks for the link; it may be that it's a dead end, but it could also be something minor that was missed. The game biggest downside is that it's pretty predantic about the different things getting done. Frequently, a game action may have a requirement that some unrelated action has been done.
Of course, It's also possible it's due to the recent global flags corruption that's been fixed. I'm attaching a valid savegame of mine from that scene so you can at least keep playing, and I'm going to mark it as closed for now.

I checked walkthrough again and also found some more old posts about the dead end at Hargrove Studios on the net forums. I now believe that it is rather the original game bug than anything else. But thanks for savegame, it will solve it for me at the moment.

Same thing happens to me. Hargrove won't allow me to draw the curtain. No idea what can I do now.
I've consulted several walkthroughs and it seems I should be able to ask Wiggins to search for Erick. But there's no a proper dialog line available. I've been at Kensington Palace and I believe I have all the information for Wiggins to tell him to go find Erick, but a proper dialog line is missing.
Could you please look at my savegame? I don't want to use your savegame, because I'm missing important piece of story (cannot go to Croydon Aerodrome).

I double-checked, and indeed one of the prerequisites for seeing the dialogue option for "I believe I've happened upon a sample of your work, Mr Hargrove." is indeed unset - flag 870. And given that's it's so referential towards having seen something, I'm inclined to believe that it may be something you missed looking at. Unfortunately, without doing a full playthrough myself, I can't see if I can replicate what action sets the flag.
In the meantime, so you can at least keep playing, I've added a command to the built-in debugger to allow you to modify game flags. If you press Ctrl-D, you'll open the debugger. Then type in the line: flag 870 toggle
Then press Escape to get out of the debugger, and you should get the missing dialogue option with Hargrove.

PS: You'll need the next daily build to do this, since I only just committed in the new debugger command. Or you could wait for the upcoming next release.

Hmm.. you're meant to get a business card automatically when you enter, and I'm not seeing it in your inventory. This may the reason. Do you have an earlier savegame from before you go to the studio that I can try?
