DRASCULA: Inserting save game names lags

Description
If you want to insert a save game name and type normal speed only half of the letters end up accepted. You really have to type very slowly so that the save game name is completely accepted.

The attached patch adds a simple keyboard buffer to drascula (borrowed from gob). File Added: drascula_keybuffer.patch
