Description
Version ScummVM for WinCE 0.10.0 and version ScummVM for WinCE 0.11.0 for WinCE.
English CD version of Monkey Island 3
Windows mobile 2003 second edition, ARM processor, over 40 mb RAM, 2GB SD storage card on which the game is located.
Save game isn't nessesary since the bug occures shortly after the beggining of the game but I will try to attach one.
The bug occured when I made Wally cry, when I talked to him, and/or when I used the cannon. So it isn't the one situation but I hope it's one bug. When it happened the console appeared with the line ERROR Assertion failed datasize> 0 in(../../../common/stream.cpp 39).
I am thankful for any help offered and any time spent on solving this problem.

Can you check the scummvm_stderr.txt and scummvm_stdout.txt for any errors, when the program crashes out? You can also attach them here for inpection.
COMI runs fine in WM5 but it has problems allocating memory in pocket pc 2003 unfortunately which cannot be solved (probably) unless we move to the plugin architecture.

Sounds like you got a corrupt data file, try recopying all of the files from the original CDs
