Description
ScummVM Pocket (Pocket PC 2003/Smartphone) Game: Flight of the Amazon Queen - Talkie Problem: Pointer & stylus non in sync
To explain, the pointer in the game does not always correspond to the style controls. For example, at the pinacle/map area I tend to go where ever the pointer was last set, regardless where I point my stylus. I also tend to choose conversation choices based where the pointer last was, rather than where I point the stylus.
Basically, because there isn't a mouse, but rather a stylus, the game tends to think the last place I pointed too is where I want to go to again, regardless of where I tap on my screen.

I guess the issue is specific to FOTAQ, ie. SCUMM games are working fine with the stylus. I don't know how the WinCE/SDL backend handle it, but I have committed some code to update the cursor position on EVENT_RBUTTONDOWN (as we did for EVENT_LBUTTONDOWN). I am really not sure that it will fix the problem, though.

Kevin Sigmund, did you have a chance to test if the problem still occurs with the latest scummvm version, ie. 0.8.0 ?

The 0.8.0 fix is workable, but imperfect. If I hit the scene skip button, the mouse pointer disappears, and selection of text & pinnacle locations is an improvement over 0.7.1.
If the scene skip (or the process it accomplishes) could be enabled by default before dialogue selection & pinnacle location selection, I believe a perfect fix would be accomplished.
