DIG:Can't save games
|Reported by:||SF/i_cheese||Owned by:||sev-|
ScummVM version- 0.7.1
Details: When ever I try to save a game I get the message: "faild to save file to 'dig.s01' " or something of that kind. I have tried to save while running the game from my CD and from a directory with the CD files
Version of the game: Talkie
Platform is win32
a savegame could not be attached ;)
I haven't seen any other messages about this so does it mean it's a problem with my system or my brain? :) If so PLEASE help me. OH, and saving in "Beneath a Steel Sky" and "Full Throttle" and also the first two "Monkey Island" games works fine

When you run scummvm without parameters, i.e. it will show the launcher for you, in Options menu there is "Save path" item which you should set to writable directory. That is the problem.
Alternatively take a look at your game options. Stand on The Dig, press "Edit Game..." and check either savepath was overriden there.
