Hi, this is King's Quest IV SCI with Italian fan translation available at ​http://iagtg.oldgamesitalia.net/progetti_zoom.php?traduzione=kq4.txt ​http://iagtg.oldgamesitalia.net/patches/Patch_KQ4_v1.0.zip
It applies to the floppy DOS SCI version, not the GOG one
Only resource.001 and resource.map are touched.
Some copy protection related text remain in english.

It seems working fine in ScummVM.

The game in 'Kings Quest 4 ITA' seems to be an unknown game variant.

FYI: This translation is based on version 1.000.111, which accepts the answer bobalu for the initial questions.

Also, this patch requires the 360k floppy version and merges all of the resources into resource.001. After applying the patch, you can delete resource.002-009; they're no longer used.
