Description
The 'Remove Game' dialog and the Games list share a common fill colour. What's missing is a grey line along the dialog's top edge to separate it from the underlying Games list.
In the original modern theme, this edge is created by a contrasting gradient fill colour, which has been replaced in the remastered theme.

Seems that this issue isn’t unique to the Remove Game dialog. The Quit Confirmation dialog, which can appear anywhere (if enabled), is another example (see attached screenshot).
Appears to be common practice for dialogs in the original modern theme to share a common gradient fill colour, and since that fill has been universally replaced in the remastered theme, most now define their top edge by overlaying a darker background.
So I guess what we’re looking for here is to apply the fix universally, even though it will probably go unnoticed except for the listed examples.
