TINSEL: DW1: Act4 hidden city guards crash

Description

Game: Discworld 1 GOG/CD/English

In act 4 if you go to the city gates you can click on a hotspot to talk to a guard, even though no guards can be seen. Anything you say causes a crash.

Same issue still exists. Will crash with the following:

Would be good to resolve this for the 2.9.0 release.
