GUI: Launcher list doesn't highlight after getting focus

Description
Using latest r44010
If a game is selected in the launcher, it is highlighted green (with the modern theme). When pressing tab to go the search box, it turns gray to indicate the list has no focus. When pressing tab again to return the focus to the list, it is still grey even though the list has focus.
The attached patch triggers a redraw when the list receives focus.
