This is likely related to the glitches at the beginning of all videos, but goes a bit farther.
If you attempt to use the antidote on Coh Cott at the "Eye Party" rather than on her glass, she will completely disappear for the course of the video. (Screenshot of this: http://img360.imageshack.us/my.php?image=woodrufferrorju3.png).

This is actually an error in the video file. In frame 32, Coh Cott is masked out by a blob of background. I've added a workaround that doesn't blit the offending part onto the front surface.
