Some more information about this version would be appreciated

Specifically, what language is it? Is it a CD or floppy version? Is it part of a collection?

English language floppy based (I think, given the file sizes i posted) and yes, they are part (drawers on the second CD) of the "ADDY - Spielerisch Lernen - English - Klasse 6" - CD compilation (4 CD set) (translates roughly as "ADDY - Playful learning - English - Class 6"

Added it, thanks. Could you tell me whether you hear the music properly? A DOS version with musmac*.mid is kinda strange O_o
