KYRA1: music/sfx volume settings not working

Description

Legend of Kyrandia, English talkie, tested on Win32 SVN
build 2006-05-30.

The control "Music" in the options screen (in-game)
seemingly has no effect. Whether it's turned on or off,
the music always plays.

I guess this also explains why the mixer options in
ScummVM's game settings doesn't affect Kyra. Even with MIDI
set to 24 and speech set to 256 the MIDI is still louder
than the speech (yes, I've checked to see the settings in
Windows' mixer is set at the same level for both MIDI and Wave).

Ok music on/off and sfx on/off are working now.
I change the title for the volume stuff which still doesn't
work. Btw. I suggest to use Adlib music, since MIDI has some
problems which will probably not even be solved before the
next ScummVM release.

Still not implemented, honestly I forgot about this one ;-), should not be too hard to do I will try to implement it before next release.

I added a simple hack to support volume adjustment for Adlib, with it users can change the volume by chaning the 'music' volume in the launcher, this also affects SFX though, but implementing special treatment would require some more work and since Kyrandia 2 supports it anyway and needs some other changes to our player implementation, I would like to delay that until then.

MIDI still doesn't support volume adjustment, but that should/could be added then fixing bug #1506583 "KYRA1: Crash on exceeded polyphony".

Also no support for volumes changes for FM-Towns. I am not familiar with the FM-Towns sound code, so I will ask Florian, the original author, if he can do something about that.

I will leave it open until the issues with MIDI and FM-Towns are fixed. I am also lowering the priority, since Adlib is the output we support best.

I implemented it in current SVN for MIDI too, MIDI still isn't really stable though.
