CHEWY: Cyber-Crown hotspot missing — at Initial Version

Description
The hotspot for the Cyber-Crown is missing in the newer builds when entering the command center. The missing crown will be persistent and also keep missing when loaded into other builds. Had to restore one savegame where i have not visited the hq for dropping the surimy.
