CHEWY: Hotspots of interacted items vanish due to saving

• The hotspot for the Cyber-Crown is missing in the newer builds when entering the command center. The missing crown will be persistent and also keep missing when loaded into other builds.
• the hose in the house is not working after saving/reload

Had to restore one savegame where i have not visited the hq for dropping the surimy.

Another not working hotspot is the rope in the room before from the ground. So potentially also a deadend for player, who havent unlocked the entry in the trash room.

And also got same effect after reloading a savegame and wanted to use the hose to fill the water (after I lost the bottle due to #13653). But the hose hotspot wasnt interactive after reloading. Also had the issue with the cock in the garden, he lost his hotspot via save and load

The fix has also been backported to version 2.6.0.
