Blade runner game bugs — at Initial Version

Description
I have stumbled across some bugs while playing the blade runner game and I have been assisting PraetorianWolfie via the gog forum with the bug testing process. He requested my save files to further investigate the bugs that I have discovered so I will attach said files to this ticket.
The two bugs involve uploading to the police mainframe in act 2 and the police mainframe telling you that clues have been added to the KIA database but when accessing the database there is no new clues.
The other bug happens in act 4 when you go to the twins underground lair but the are nowhere to be found no matter how many times you return.
Also this save will help with any other the bugs that I have listed on the forum.
