A game that as far as I can tell, is not made with director is getting detected as a Director game. みあ aka Mia is a eroge visual novel from 1997 by Bell-Da and scumm thinks its "Mia's Reading Adventure"
Scumm needs a way to prevent false detections like this
The game can be found in the link below, just look for "[970418][BELL-DA] みあ.rar"

This happens because the detection entry for Mia's Reading Adventure just uses the executable filename,
Mia.exe.So if another game contains the same filename it gets detected as a possible variant.
We need to add an additional file to this detection entry. That's what is usually done for filenames that may lead to clashes.
