1	1	I got a similar issue a few times with GOG English version on Windows 10 and recent builds from master HEAD, but sadly I cannot reproduce it consistently.

3		It happens when I choose Quit from the in-game menu. It will go to black screen (sometimes) and I am able to hear the music of the game's main menu screen but nothing happens.

Typically, the use case for this is that I load a saved game, wander around between a few screens, then bring up the in-game mini-menu with Esc and select "Quit".

5	5	Similar happened once or twice after I died on the first island (where Twinsen's home is). I think it was Twinsen being discovered and getting shot by "police" guys in his house once he reached it. The screen went black, I could hear the sound effect for the "Game Over" animation but nothing would happen afterwards. Again, I haven't found a way to reproduce it always yet.
