FREESCAPE: certain UI elements are not implemented yet in Driller — at Initial Version

Description
There is a number of UI elements that are implemented for certain Driller releases:
DOS:
- Plan and Side indicators
- Operational lights indicators
- Transport indicator (tank/jet icon)
- Movement/attack indicator
Amiga/AtariST:
- Activity indicator
- Compass
- Altitude indicator
- Step size/angle turn indicators
- Plan and Side indicators
- Operational lights indicators
- Transport indicator (tank/jet icon)
- Movement/attack indicator
- Drilling rig indicator
Additionally, the mouse cannot be used to interact with any of these yet, however all the function are correctly mapped using the keyboard.
Fortunately, none of these missing features should block (or make more difficult) finishing the game.
