Description
I found a new gamebreaking bug. Users can lose items for good. It seems to be reproducable quite easily:
- select an item from inventory
- make sure the item is showing in the quick select box
- select any action while item is active
Was able to reproduce this with nearly all my savegames.

Sorry, have to reopen this ticket again. The bug is not yet fully resolved. Especially when using the hotkeys while you have selected an item still let them vanish.

Was also able to reproduce it by pressing on the menu button while item is selected.
