WME3D engine: content of the window not resizes and bring BaseRenderOpenGL3DShader::onWindowChange not yet implemented — at Initial Version

Description
Found that be it Windows, or AmigaOS4, or Linux, we have there issues with all WME3D games when use Opengl for surface and OpenGL with shaders or pure OpenGL for 3d-render is used.
I tried for example 5 games : Alpha Polaris, Art Of Murder 1: FBI Confidential, Dead City, Dark Fall and Face Noir. In all of them when i tried to resize the window via resize gadget, window resizes, but content in are not.
I tried to set Stetch to window, Fit to window, no luck. Same issue always.
And when i swith to fullscreen via alt+enter, it also didn't fit the full screen, but put an image right at the left/bottom corner of screen.
