SCUMMVM: Numpad Initially Off

Description
My numpad is currently on. If I start ScummVM, it assumes its off so I must press the numpad lock to get it to work in scummvm, but now it is off in Windows.
Can Scummvm pick up the state of my numpad (or just default to having the numpad on)?
ScummVM: 1.10.0git-3747-g562da31
OS: Win7-64

This could be potentially addressed by SDL, ScummVM cannot do anything about it.
