Tester OS: Win7-64
Game: Riven DVD, Windows, English, 10th Anniversary/v1.2

There is a brief flash of a misplaced image right before the credits.

This is the ending where you get the trap book and refuse Ghen to go in it, multiple times.

Probably in original game.
