Game: Starship Titanic, GOG (1.00.42c), Windows/English
Tester OS: Win7-64

I was able to solve the ending star puzzle with just connecting two stars. I imagine the original game was much harder.

Okay, I think I've fixed the issue, being that the same star could be accidentally locked onto multiple times.
