Hi, i found exclusive and very good (seems the only one) Russian fan-made translation (translated only text) named as "Мир колец II: Возвращение". It was even distributed and released on CD:

I'm sorry, but from what you've said, they've released the entire game as a translated version, which constitutes piracy. So we can't provide support for it.
