Game: PQ4 Windows GOG
OS: Win7-64
ScummVM: 1.10.0git-3459-g9bb9c0d

Same as #9850, #9761, and #9844.

This one happened by trying to give hal some forms. I can't reproduce this one. Hal is on the phone at this point. This one is tricky to reproduce.
