ScummVM version: 1.10.0git3250-g23abcffbc5 (May 8 2017 15:00:31)
Platform: Win32
Game: Mixed-Up Mother Goose CD '92 (DOS/Multilanguage)

No MIDI playback. Tried both MT-32 Emulator and Adlib.
Works in DOSBox.
Does not work in stable ScummVM version 1.9.0.2

I just checked that version: it has an external patch (SOUND.001), which looks to be corrupt. Try removing or renaming that file, and music will play correctly.
