Sorry to keep coming back to you with more questions, but could you please provide a bit more information about how this release offers multiple languages?

• Is the game itself actually in multiple languages, or is it just the instruction manual that is in multiple languages? If it is just the instruction manual, what language is the game?
• If the game itself is in multiple languages, how do you choose the language? Does the game use subtitles to provide multiple languages, or does it include speech in multiple languages?
• Could you upload a picture of the front & back of the game box (including bar code) and CD for reference?

The game start in italian after the dos installation

I think that the other language folders contain only the instruction
