    11Using --config="conf\scummvm.ini" means I get to use a portable version for an INI file under ScummVM's own folder.

    3 But using it still creates %appdata%\ScummVM.
    4 Under it are Logs and Saved games.
    5 The former contains scummvm.log and the latter is empty, probably because the portable scummvm.ini contains alternative locations for extrapath and savepath.

     5**October 2021 Update**
     6Until #11412 (**log** command line parameter), which just entered an official release, there was also %appdata%\ScummVM\scummvm.log, which can now be avoided.
