SCI: SQ6: Polysorbate LX Street #2 global music volume is wrong

Description

Enter street #2 from street #1 or street #3. The global music volume is wrong. The music from the arcade and the bar should get louder and quieter as Roger moves around, but something is wrong with the way the global MIDI volume is set. This can cause another side-effect of not having any music when you walk into the bar or the arcade. (In the case of the bar, the music volume is restored once you go into the basement.)

I've encountered this issue as well, as of ScummVM version 1.10.0git3263-gc788642b72 (May 9 2017 16:28:01)
