Description
Here's my translation of README file. This is my first time doing this so I hope you'll excuse possible mistakes (like formatting and encoding). Should I also translate the QuickStart file or is this one sufficient enough? I also translated the name of the file, though it's only in ASCII characters, so there wouldn't be any trouble.

Regarding translation of the QuickStart, this is up to you. Since it is an excerpt of the ReadMe I don't see any need for it, but if you want to provide and maintain both this is fine with me.
