Description

The current Ctrl-D masks the Time/Day feature in Quest for Glory 2 This changes it to Ctrl-Shift-D

There's also an issue with Control-D for PQ2 (it's used to call dispatch)

Control-Shift-D makes sense, will ask what the other SCI devs have to say
