Description
I would like to offer a czech translation of ScummVM GUI. It was translated from the trunk source code and tested against the Win32 ScummVM Daily Snapshot. Everything looks okay, sadly can't test on other platforms.

I added the "Language" field in the header, since it was missing from the file you submitted. This is used to list the language in the ScummVM GUI. It will be listed as Ceski (unfortunately I can only use ASCII characters, so there is no accent on the C).
