AMIGAOS4: Adding COPYING.BSD and new Icon

Description

The attached diff is for adding the new COPYING.BSD to AmigaOS4 target and removing the filename extensions ".txt" from all other text files. AmigaOS got inbuilt filetype recognition.

I will also attach a new icon which is now in UNsnapshotted state. This will set it on other users computers to the next free spot from the top left instead at a fixed position somewhere on the screen

Thanks, commited in r53424. I've changed ports.mk to use the DIST_FILES_DOCS variable so hopefully all new documentation files will be automatically included in the future. Please let me know if it doesn't work as expected.
