Description
.mgx-packet must be packed in 7zip pack or others 7-zip supported format (7z, ZIP, GZIP, BZIP2 and TAR) by specification but mxg-installers not support double pack (for example tar & gzip)

for .mgx better use zip or 7z (7za) but i don't known how to write correct latest line
