ARMscaler.s (from wince backend) need to copy in linuxmoto backend for fix problem with motoezx and motomagx builds in buildbot

I wrote a mail to scummvm-devel on this subject (resp. on the subject of "sharing" the code for that scaler between all backends). The outcome of that will hopefully solve the problem, too.
