Description
This patch allows for manually selecting a midi device through commandline parameter --midi-device=device which is only available in windows. This removes the need for users modifing the global midi mapper in XP + earlier, or using third party tools in vista + later. If the parameter is not defined by the user, the Midi mapper is used as before.
The next step is probably to add GUI control for this parameter.

This patch is outdated now. The code in question has been redesigned, and the needed functionality exists
