Description
Remove the PS2 #ifdef case to re-enable alternative paths support for save, themes, extra. Very useful now that we have rw on all the PS2 media!

This patch only re-enables code that used to be disabled on PS2, but is used on virtually all ports. I trust that you as the porter know best whether this is the right thing. Therefore, go for it :).
