Added more ps2_f* in fs/stdiostream.cpp to support and remap ferror & clearerr.

Go for it! This patch affects only PS2, and just adds to an existing ugly hack (and we already discussed in private email how to remove that hack on the long run, too ;-).
So, just commit this as is and then close this tracker item, please.
