Description
I made this a while ago. It is a single file version of convert_dxa.bat, so it loses the need for convert_dxa_one.bat.
Also changed some namings, as it is no longer only ment for feeble files, but also Broken Sword, and maybe soon other games.
Patch.

I agree with Eugene here, the script looks to be nicely written
I didn't know that DOS batch files could call on parts of them like conventional functions, nice!
It needed quotes on the call. (call :encode "%%i") Uploaded the updated version.
It should work from W2K, that's where I wrote it on, maybe even NT, I am not really sure. File Added: convert_dxa.bat

Now that Smacker videos are supported for the Feeble Files, perhaps we should close this and remove the DXA conversion batch files altogether?
Supporting SMK wouldn't be an argument for throwing off a compression tool, as DXA still provides smaller files sizes compared to SMK in most cases. This also includes the Broken Sword series and the new WIP SAGA2 games.

Travis, as I understand, this is not really portable or something. Should we reject it then?

Merged in 2367dd2.
(and it looks like the scripts have been broken since GSOC 2009)
