Description
As noted in bug #1876741 ("FOTAQ: Low sample rate"), the compressed versions of Flight of the Amazon Queen are likely to use the wrong sample frequency. This patch works around the problem by adding a "wrapper" audio stream class to the game engine.
It's a bug-fixed version of one of the patches attached to the aforementioned bug. (The original one leaked memory.)

Looks good, feel free to apply it.
One remark, though, the sounds in the compressed version we offer for download are still glitchy (tracker item #1599393) ; so at one point, it would be nice to package new datafiles or just put the uncompressed version up to download.

Ok, I've applied it. I agree that we should provide a properly compressed version at some point. The uncompressed version appears to be on the download page already.
