Hi,
here is a patch for playing the Lands of Lore intro and showing the character selection screen. I am posting it to the patch tracker since I am unsure if we want to have support for (yet another) non adventure game. It shares code with the Kyra engine, which is why I started to take a look into it. Currently all code is CD version only (I am not sure if the floppy version would work too, since I simply do not have it to check against, but well since it is in an early state that should not be too bad after all :-).
TODO: - Discuss if it is fine with the team to include source for an RPG (of course currently there is no ingame code written and it is not forseeable when I come around to look more into the ingame executable) - Move some static data from lol.cpp and screen_lol.cpp to staticres.cpp - Check HACK in sound_adlib.cpp getProgramm ll237-243 (Not really that bad and fine for SVN IMHO)

Excellent work Lordhoto - I gave it a try and it ran without problems (as far as you've implemented).
I personally thoroughly enjoyed Lands of Lore (although I think they could have chosen better for some of the voice actors), and I would love to see it supported by ScummVM. IMHO, if the Simon Puzzle Packs could be included simply because they share some common engine code, why not Lands of Lore as well? As long as there's someone like yourself willing to work on completing the engine.
