Description
At some point (quite long ago, actually) it seems the ALSA MIDI port changed from 65:0 to 17:0. I've never quite understood ALSA configuration, but I noticed that DOSbox will try both these by default. Perhaps we should follow their example?
I'm not quite sure how to read the output from aconnect, so I'm not sure I got that part of the patch right. And I don't even mention "Midi Through Port-0", since I don't know what that is either.

Looks good to me. Why don't you just commit it? If it's wrong, we'll find out by somebody complaining; if it's right, we are fine.
