Description
I'm submitting this patch (against scummvm-0.11.1 sources) which does the following :
+ All what already was in 1913689 + Adds the possibility of showing the cursor on the upper screen too (still a small imprecision when the screens are swapped, but works in most cases) + Adds the possibility of forcing the mouse in hovering mode - this, together with the previous option, emulates the behavior of a mousepad in a laptop: you watch the upper screen and use the pen and keys to move the cursor as in a mousepad without watching the lower screen (Except for keyboard mode)
These are mostly my UI personal preference so I don't know if they are agreed by other users around - feel free to not integrate them.
I've build binaries with them applied (you can find them at http://www.mastropaolo.com/scummvm-nds-patch/)

I've implemented a more flexible alternative control method for 0.12.0, so I have decided not to use this patch.
