Description
This is a patch with text for some of the TODOs for the 0.10.0 README file
I haven't created an extra part for DXA and Smacker, since for now the details for it are well explained in the Broken Sword and Feeble Files sections
There is one TODO left in the README, the one about the game shortcuts

Actually we won't have permission to distribute the complete cutscenes used by The Feeble Files, so that part isn't correct.

The DXA part was obsolete, but I added the compile instructions update, plus a bunch of tweaks of my own. Thanks.
