Description
ran the README through a spellchecker, made terms consistent (soundfont VS SoundFont; harddisk vs harddrive), some grammar
added BASS and BS1 in the TODO section about games where the language change changes the whole game language, not sure if there are any more, so I kept the TODO in
I also noted the debian instructions still mention "CVS" - is that intended? (it's in a TODO section anyway)

Thanks, patch applied.
The CVS reference might be obsolete, aye, but the whole section it is in will either be removed, or completely rewritten, so no need to change it at this time. In the end, this type of information will be hosted on the Wiki and/or in the manual.
