oookay, I will *assume* that the shots themselves are acceptable at least and the problem is with the correct process of submitting them.
-the wiki tells me to name them in the format big_scummvm_XX.png -the web module has the files in the format bigscummvm_X_X_X.png -the thumbnail script in the web module again expects big_scummvm_*
I eventually tried to name them like they are in the web module now
the wiki does not mention submitting through the patch tracker, but since this is already opened I will stick to it
the screenshots are from the English DOS Floppy version, I indicated that by (DOS) in the .txt files
the wiki does not tell about the exact numbering scheme (just a cryptic "sequental" [sic!]) - I might have accidently guessed it right, but further documentation here might help

Yeah, the wiki page clearly is outdated, I missed that, sorry :-/.
The thumbnail script in the web module was made by me a long time ago. Apparently nobody else used it and it was neither updated nor removed when the file name convention was changed.
Myself I have no idea how the new system is supposed to work (I guess I could "reverse engineer" it by looking through the PHP code and the provided examples), but it'd be better if the Wiki page was updated, or deleted...

I really hoped that Kyra guys answer this, so here it goes.
At least at the time of this submission Kyra wasn't ready to have screenshots submittead as it has gfx bugs. I don't really know is it still the case.
Speaking about that Wiki page. Well, it served its purpose, so I didn't bother to update it. We don't have another mass-screenshoting planned at least in the nearest future. I.e. games are added slowly and it may happen that developers themselves could add it.
As of file naming rules. There are 3 numbers. First is category number (LEC, HE, other), then goes subcategory (game) level, and then they're numbered sequentally.
So I really need to know from Kyra devs are screenshots acceptable, i.e. do they have any GFX glitches or not.
Assignign this to LordHoto. Johannes, please, comment and assign back to me if you feel they're ok to be posted.

Hi,
the first and the last screenshot is ok but in the second you can see a gfx bug with brandon, he looks a bit different in the original (compare with the brandon on the last screenshot). So we *could* think of adding the first and the last one.
