Description
According to bug #1175186 in the BASS bug tracker, the LINC charset is missing some accented characters. This is a patch to change the appropriate characters, I hope.
I would be grateful if someone would take a closer look at it before committing, though, because I don't know French and I don't know if it interfers badly with any of the earlier BASS versions. We already have one version check in that part of the code, and I don't remember why.

I have no commited this patch. If any problems occur, we can still back it out again, and at least we can tell the bug reporter now to test if the patch helps!
