Description

Decided to break this up from the GS patch, since the two aren't really interrelated and there's no reason not to just commit it now. It only remaps notes 24-34 to specific GM drums so that they'll play correctly on GM/GS devices and emulate the way notes 23-34 are handled by the original interpreter.
