Description
Normal fakeroot debian/rules binary doesn't work and debian/rules doesn't use stamp files. I made some rewriting into debian/rules and now it's using build/configure stamps and debian/prepare command is inside debian/rules...

That patch needs more tweaking. For some reason it's missing some rules. I'll check it asap.

No - perhaps next week. I'm swamped at the moment.
I've been meaning to merge the "official" debian/ tree with what's in CVS, but just havent gotten around to it yet.

Hi. I've now synchronized the dists/debian directory with the one I've used in the official Debian packages. I believe this should make it work again, and that the patch isn't required any longer, but thank you for your efforts.
My apologies for the long wait before I did anything about this.
